EF2400 FC-to-FC RAID Storage

Offering 2Gb performance in a package with an volumetrically efficient footprint, the EF-2400 serves as a robust Fibre-Channel to Fibre-Channel RAID system, delivering up to 400 MB per second throughput to media using 2Gb single or dual RAID controllers.

Using 16 drives in a 3U high enclosure, each EF-2400 can easily scale up to 9TB per unit using 36, 73, 146GB or 300GB Fibre-Channel drives. Dual paths to all devices ensures that data is protected from channel failures and high availability is achieved by utilizing fully redundant, Fibre Channel loop resiliency modules and hot-swappable disk drives, power supplies and fan assemblies. Moreover, the EF-2400 is easily upgradeable to the S2A-driven SAN, providing investment protection as well as a flexible and scalable SAN migration path.
