Viz|Virtual Studio let’s producers use their imagination by providing tremendous creative opportunities and flexible production tools. Small stage area can appear to be a vast impressive studio, and hard sets can be enhanced with the use of virtual objects interacting with the anchors. Complex productions requiring several different operators can be handled by a single virtual studio operator, thereby reducing a facilities’ staffing requirements.

Viz|Virtual Studio shares all the advantages and benefits of the Vizrt family of basic tools. It includes Viz|Engine™, the powerful renderer, Viz|Artist™, a special virtual set version of Viz|Content Pilot™, and Viz|IO™. Graphic artists can use Viz|Artist to build, animate, and compose their virtual environment. Viz|IO is a studio configuration and calibration tool that easily enables connectivity and control between all required studio devices such as cameras, routers, VTRs, video servers, audio mixers and other studio equipment. These tools are all designed to work together. Upgrading to virtual studio from an existing Vizrt system is therefore easy and requires little additional training, nor does it require a specialist.

Combined with the full version of Viz|Content Pilot broadcasters can integrate their broadcast graphics with the virtual studio, deciding whether to lock graphics to the screen or have them tracked with the camera.
